Pricing questions
Can I switch billing periods later?
Yes. Switching to a longer period (monthly → annual) takes effect immediately and pro-rates what you've already paid against the new term. Switching to a shorter period takes effect at your next renewal so you don't lose paid-for time.
How do 3-month and annual renewals work?
They auto-renew at the end of each period at the same rate you signed up at. We email you 7 days before each renewal so there's never a surprise charge. Cancel any time from the account page — access stays live until the end of your current paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Apple Pay / Google Pay via Stripe Checkout. No crypto, no bank transfer, no PayPal — keeps the operation simple and the refund path clear.
Will the price stay the same?
Your rate is locked in at whatever you signed up at. If we ever raise public pricing, existing subscribers keep the price they joined on for as long as their subscription stays active.
Refunds?
If anything's broken or you're not satisfied in your first 30 days as a paid user, email and we'll refund the lot — no questions. After 30 days, on the 3-month and annual plans, we refund unused months pro-rata if you cancel.
Is this FCA-regulated?
No, and deliberately so. This is an information tool, not a financial service. The FCA regulates entities providing regulated activities (executing trades, holding client money, giving personal recommendations) — none of which this does. You decide what to do with the information; treating it as anything more than information is your call.
